RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Neil Frank and LouAnn Marshman and their attorneys, Lee M. Orwig, Bolt Hoffer Boyd Law Firm, the total sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars and no cents ($70,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case 62-CV-21-613 for any and all claims, damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on October 15, 2018.
