WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dr. Tyrone Jennings, First Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Inc., to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 933 Payne Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council Waive vacant building fee for 90 days to September 27, 2022 and make a Category 1 Vacant Building and allow permits to be pulled in consideration that a complete code analysis will need to be provided to the city prior to permit issuance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
