Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 689 TUSCARORA AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 22-18.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-18 on May 25, 2022 which granted an extension to July 1, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions (removal or properly store of scrap wood and lumber)) at 689 TUSCARORA AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 5, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were partially abated and has authorized Department of Safety & Inspections staff to issue new orders for new items; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is partially abated and the matter resolved.
