Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1798 JAMES AVENUE in Council File SAO 22-24.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted File SAO 22-24 on June 22, 2022 which granted an extension to July 5, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1798 James Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 5, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
