Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to be added to existing licenses for ROK LLC d/b/a ROK Eatery (License ID #20210000774) at 882 Seventh Street West.
Body
WHEREAS, ROK LLC d/b/a ROK Eatery (License ID #20210000774) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 882 Seventh Street West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale - Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee submitted a “good faith” letter outlining his attempt to attain signatures required by the City of Saint Paul from residential property owners; and
WHEREAS, records indicate the licensee had obtained three (3) out of ten (10) possible petition signatures for thirty percent (30%) support of a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) License; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby approved and issued to ROK LLC d/b/a ROK Eatery (License ID #20210000774) for the premises located at 882 Seventh Street West in Saint Paul.
