Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2291 ROCKWOOD AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 22-16.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-16 on June 15, 2022 which granted an extension to June 17, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions at 2291 Rockwood Avenue by removing the no parking sign on the mailbox; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 21, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
