Purpose of Appeal: We are evicting the tenants and will sell the house as soon as possible to a flipper who will update the entire house. The house needs to be vacant as the electric will be off for several days/weeks to fix it.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Janet Rudie to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1839 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 24, 2022 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
