Body

WHEREAS, on October 27, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 21-149, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1084 Larpenteur Avenue West; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant to July 1, 2022 for orders related to removal or repair of garage(s) and northeast stairs to basement, condition upon them remaining secured from entry; and

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the July 1, 2022 deadline because the STAR grant he applied for is delayed; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to November 1, 2022.
