Authorizing the City Attorney’s Office to expend up to $15,000.00 on refreshments, marketing materials, and other incentives for community outreach and marketing efforts throughout 2022.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Attorney’s Office is involved in various forms of community outreach and marketing efforts to educate the community about the City Attorney’s Office’s services, resources, and programs; and
WHEREAS, past experience with such community outreach and marketing efforts demonstrated a need to provide various promotional materials, incentives, and other marketing related take-aways to encourage participation; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney’s Office wishes to similarly provide refreshments during community events, meetings, and other programs and activities to encourage the attendance and attention of members of the community; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council finds that the expenditure of money on the above-referenced items serve a public purpose by increasing the community use and awareness of the City Attorney’s Office’s services, resources, and programs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Attorney’s Office is hereby authorized to expend up to $15,000.00 on refreshments, marketing materials, and other incentives for community outreach and marketing efforts throughout 2022.
