Approving the election of Gary Grabko to the Administrative Committee of the Pension Plan of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

WHEREAS, Section 9.01 of the Pension Plan of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul provides that the Saint Paul City Council shall appoint one member to the Plan’s Administrative Committee who was nominated by election by Plan Participants who are current or were former City employees; and
WHEREAS, Plan Participants who are current or were former City employees held an election for the purpose of nominating a member to the Administrative Committee of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Pension Plan;
WHEREAS, the above-referenced election resulted in the nomination of Gary Grabko to serve on the Administrative Committee of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Pension Plan; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the election and appointment of Gary Grabko to the Administrative Committee of the Pension Plan of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul for a three-year term, said term expiring on June 30, 2024.
