Whereas, the May 1, 2021 - April 30, 2024 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the United Association of Plumbers Local 34 and Sprinkler Fitters Local Union No. 417 was approved by City Council on October 6, 2021 and the Memorandum of Agreement for the January 2022 Wage and Fringe Adjustment (January 1, 2022) for the Sprinkler Fitters Local Union No. 417 was approved by City Council on February 9, 2022; and
Whereas the City of Saint Paul and the Sprinkler Fitters Local Union No. 417 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2022 Wage and Fringe Adjustment (June 1, 2022), that, once approved, will be effective as of June 1, 2022 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 2022 Wage and Fringe Adjustment between the City of Saint Paul and the Sprinkler Fitters Local Union No. 417.
