WHEREAS, on April 6, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 22-72, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of October to December 2021. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1173 Laurel Ave, being described as: Anna E Ramsey's Addition to the City of St Paul Lot 26, Blk 16 with the property identification number 03-28-23-11-0182 was assessed an amount of $8,360.00; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Department recommends a reduction in the amount of $4,000 on the following assessment as the original project included both the Sanitary Sewer and Lead Water work on one invoice; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 22-72 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
