WHEREAS, on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 21-247, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of April to June 2021. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003); and
WHEREAS, the property at 224 Isabel St W, being described as: Irvines Addition to West St Paul Lot 5, Blk 199 with the property identification number 07-28-22-12-0097 was assessed an amount of $19,943.57; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Department recommends a reduction in the amount of $3,000 on the following assessment as the original project included both the Sanitary Sewer and Lead Water work on one invoice; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 21-247 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
