WHEREAS, on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 22-6, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of July to September 2021 on the following addresses 1047 Churchill St, 1802 Field Ave, 1751 Goodrich Ave, 1604 Juliet Ave, 2077 Juliet Ave, 1695 Lincoln Ave, 828 Randolph Ave and 1816 Stanford Ave; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water recommends a reduction in the amount of $1,500 on each of the following addresses, due to retroactively awarding lead line replacement grants.
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 22-6 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
