WHEREAS, on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 21-246, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of April to June 2021 on the following addresses 832 Ashland Ave, 1235 Blair Ave, 942 Carroll Ave, 1364 Kent St, 648 Laurel Ave, 1276 Laurel Ave and 711 Lincoln Ave ; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water recommends a reduction in the amount of $1,500 on each of the following addresses, due to retroactively awarding lead line replacement grants.
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 21-247 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
