WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-6 on March 9, 2022 which granted an extension to April 15, 2022 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1059 Burgess Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 19, 2022 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were forthcoming not abated and recommends-ed that 1 additional week, to April 22, 2022, be granted to complete the work;
WHEREAS, Department of Safety & Inspection staff documented ongoing nuisance conditions April 26, 2022 and the Legislative Hearing Officer finds that the nuisance is not abated by the extended deadline; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming not abated, pending April 19, 2022 hearing and hereby authorizes the Department of Safety & Inspections to abate the ongoing nuisance condition.
