Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they are not using service and instead they share a garbage cart with neighbor and will continue to do so. They stated that they are also handicapped and cannot get around and will not put out garbage container.
Staff Comments: Hauler records show that the property owner has received and been billed for service since October 2018. In March 2021 at the city's request, the hauler removed the 64-gal cart and replaced it with a 35-gal cart with every other week service. In addition, the property has also had walk up service since October 2018. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
