WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 22-19 to ratified the assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 1 to 10, 2021. (File No. J2214A, Assessment No. 228513); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1237 Conway Street, being described as: Syndicate No. 5 Addition Lot 8 Blk 20, with the property identification number 34-29-23-24-0117 was assessed an amount of $350; and

 

WHEREAS, Rhoda Wellner reached out to our office after the City Council Public Hearing and wanted to appeal but missed the hearing to testify; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on April 19, 2022 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $350, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
