WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Alexsandra Felt, Urban Enterprises, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 922 Woodbridge Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until February 22, 2022 for property to be reinspected on items 4, 7, 9, 18, 19, 20 & 21 and grant to April 1, 2022 for balance of the January 4 orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
