Purpose of Appeal:  Garage is leaning approx. 9 inches. Has been like that since the property was purchased.  Door is straight.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Application for Appeal was sent in with an order dated 9/3/21.  Staff held onto application until a more recent order was found. 

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Pramol Mathew to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 776 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 1, 2022 for compliance, on condition the garage remains unused and secured from entry; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
