WHEREAS, EM Que Viet LLC d/b/a EM Que Viet Restaurant and Bar (License ID #20210001847) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 1332 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the October 14, 2021 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license are hereby approved and issued to EM Que Viet LLC d/b/a EM Que Viet Restaurant and Bar (License ID #20210001847) for the premises located at 1332 Grand Avenue in Saint Paul.
