WHEREAS the Office of Human Resources conducted a study for the new classification of Grants Compliance Supervisor; and
WHEREAS the results of the study instruct that a new classification of Grants Compliance Supervisor be created and the rate of pay be established at the rate set forth in Grade 024 of EG 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Grants Compliance Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 024 of Employee Group 09, SPSO. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
