WHEREAS, Grotto Group Of St Paul LLC d/b/a Noyes and Cutler (License ID #20210002037) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), and Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 229 6th Street East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the December 9, 2021 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), and Entertainment (A) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), and Entertainment (A) license are hereby approved and issued to Grotto Group Of St Paul LLC d/b/a Noyes and Cutler (License ID #20210002037) for the premises located at 229 6th Street East in Saint Paul.
