Approving the Mayor's appointments of Shaval Webb, Moti Duba, Nancy Rodenborg, and Erin Hayes to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission.

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 102.02 (a) states that the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission consists of nine (9) members appointed by the mayor with the consent of the council; and
WHEREAS, Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity staff and commissioners have reviewed applications and conducted interviews of interested applicants; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 102.02 (b), Shaval Webb, Moti Duba, Nancy Rodenborg, and Erin Hayes are recommended for appointment to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Shaval Webb, Moti Duba, Nancy Rodenborg, and Erin Hayes to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission to a three-year term ending on January 01, 2025; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Shaval Webb, Moti Duba, Nancy Rodenborg, and Erin Hayes to the Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission to a three-year term ending on January 01, 2025.
