WHEREAS, on October 13, 2021 the City Council adopted Council File No. RLH FCO 21-135 which they granted the appeal on the condition the property remains unoccupied, except by owner-occupied and staff to follow up in 90 days; and
WHEREAS ; Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 18, 2022 to determine whether the property has been sold; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer.
