Amending RES PH 19-174 by revising the legal description of the area vacated.

WHEREAS, upon the petition of Raymond Station LLC ("Petitioner"), as documented in Real Estate Vacation File Number 04-2019, the public property described in resolution RES PH 19-174 was vacated by the Saint Paul City Council on June 19, 2019 and recorded in Ramsey County property records as Document No A04883548 on May 13, 2021; a copy of which is attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the area vacated, as referenced in Exhibit A of RES PH 19-174, was incorrect; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that RES PH 19-174 be amended by replacing Exhibit A with Exhibit A revised, attached hereto; and be it further
RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of said RES PH 19-174 shall remain in full force and effect; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt of a $300.00 administrative processing fee from the Petitioner, its successors and/or assigns, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of this resolution in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder and/or Registrar of Titles, and that the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section shall maintain on file a copy of the Exhibit A revised referenced in this resolution.
