WHEREAS, Real Big Huge Brewing Company LLC d/b/a Wabasha Brewing Company (License ID #20210001648) applied for a Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt On Sale (Brewery), Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license for the premises located at 429 Wabasha Street South in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the October 12, 2021 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt On Sale (Brewery), Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt On Sale (Brewery), Liquor - Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license are hereby approved and issued to a Real Big Huge Brewing Company LLC d/b/a Wabasha Brewing Company (License ID #20210001648) for the premises located at 429 Wabasha Street South in Saint Paul.
