Authorizing an increase in the 2021 Department of Human Resources General Fund budget in the amount of $2,500 to reflect a new revenue from a reimbursement from the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 for a cost analysis study.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources will conduct a cost analysis study for the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 to submit to their national union; and
WHEREAS, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 has agreed to reimburse the City for the cost of this study; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the City Charter, does certify that there are available for appropriation total funds of $2,500 in excess of those estimated in the Human Resources General Fund budget, and now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $2,500 is available for appropriation in the 2021 Department of Human Resources General Fund budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
