Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the adjustment of City facilities on Trunk Highway 94 projects.
Body
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has projects on Trunk Highway 94 at St. Anthony Avenue and Ravoux Street, John Ireland Boulevard and Kellogg Boulevard, and Marion Street and Kellogg Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City owns and operates electrical and communication lines and related equipment located on the property where MnDOT will construct these projects; and
WHEREAS, the City has requested that the adjustments of the facilities be performed by MnDOT as part of the projects; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement No.1048748 with the State of Minnesota, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
