Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I verified with Waste Management today and there is no usage since 2020 so why do I have all these assessments? Somebody needs to refund me. I need my money back. Please have the city contact me.

Staff Comments: Hauler records show that the account has been registered as active. The property owner did call on 5/21/2021 regarding a vacancy at their property and the Customer Service Representative told them to call the city to submit a Unoccupied Dwelling Registration Form. However, city records show that the property owner did not call city staff until 9/17/2021 regarding a vacancy at the property. Therefore, staff recommends approving the assessment. Staff has also submitted an Unoccupied Dwelling Registration Form for the property.
