Amending Council File RLH VO 21-32, adopted August 18, 2021, to grant Ann Tran, dba ATH & Weal LLC, an additional extension for property at 754 SHERBURNE AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on August 18, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 21-32, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 754 Sherburne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant until November 12, 2021 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, Ann Tran is requesting additional extension to end of December to have permits finaled and completion of work; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to December 31, 2021.
