WHEREAS, KMH Retail LLC d/b/a Mini Pac (License ID #20210000750) applied for a Gas Station and Cigarette/Tobacco license for the premises located at 1184 Maryland Avenue East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the August 2, 2021 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Gas Station and Cigarette/Tobacco license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, Gas Station and Cigarette/Tobacco license are hereby approved and issued to a KMH Retail LLC d/b/a Mini Pac (License ID #20210000750) for the premises located at 1184 Maryland Avenue East in Saint Paul.
