WHEREAS, in the matter of Thomas Semple to a Water Service Bill at 1380 Desoto Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board deny the appeal for a reduction of the $1,000 fine but will recommend that $250, plus the cost of the water be levied, allowing SPRWS to establish a payment plan, and that the $750 remaining fine be stayed and if there are no further violations within the next 5 years, the $750 would be forgiven; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
