Comments:  Video shows:  couch behind garage as stated in SA.  After review of the file, talked to Highland Sanitation, LHO recommends deletion of the assessment.  Hauler stated that a new driver had missed the bulky item requested by the owner which owner was a little at fault as well as she should have called and driver would have gone out back.  Due to this error, Highland Sanitation will be reimbursing the City for costs incurred.
