Review Request for Extension in the Appeal of Steve Basco to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 821 CONWAY STREET.

WHEREAS, on June 23, 2021 the City Council adopted under File No. RLH FCO 21-71, said Resolution being the memorialization of an Appeal of Steve Basco to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 821 CONWAY STREET; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant to October 1, 2021 for compliance with items 1, 6 & 7 related to front room sleeping egress & basement fire separation and grant to July 1, 2021 for the balance of the orders (items 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 & 11); and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for compliance until December 1, 2021 for the basement fire separation issues; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
