Body

WHEREAS on July 21, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 21-53, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during July 7, 2020 to January 15, 2021. (File No. VB2109, Assessment No. 218815)

 

WHEREAS, the property at 2103 Minnehaha Avenue East, being described as: Watts Park, St Paul. Minn Lot 21 Blk 6, with the property identification number 26-29-22-43-0093 was assessed an amount of $2284; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $2284  to $753 because property was in the vacant building program for 5 of the 12 months; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 21-53 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
