Amending Council File Nos. RL AR 21-65 & RLH TA 21-292 to delete the assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during February 15 to March 22, 2021 at 15 KELLOGG BOULEVARD WEST. (File No.CRT2110, Assessment No. 218210)

 

Body

WHEREAS on August 18, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 21-65 & RLH TA 21-292 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during February 15 to March 22, 2021. (File No.CRT2110, Assessment No. 218210); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 15 Kellogg Boulevard West , being described as: City of St. Paul All of Davidson and Merreman’s Subd of Lots 1 and 2 of Blk 22 St Paul Proper and In SD City of St Paul All of Blk 22, with the property identification number 06-28-22-13-0220 was assessed an amount of $1,027; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council delete the assessment as it was paid to Dept of Safety and Inspections; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,027, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 21-65 & RLH TA 21-292 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
