Amending Council File RLH AR 21-68 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2021 at 215 OTIS AVENUE, UNIT B. (File No. CG2102A1, Assessment No. 210106)

WHEREAS on August 25, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 21-68, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2021. (File No. CG2102A1, Assessment No. 210106); and
WHEREAS, the property at 215 Otis Avenue, Unit B, being described as: Cic No 779 Shadow Falls Rowhouses Unit No. 215A, with the property identification number 05-28-23-21-0040 was assessed an amount of $6.63; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment per the request of the hauler because property was vacant during this time period; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment of $6.63, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and refunded as the assessment was paid by owner on June 4, 2021. Council File No. RLH AR 21-68 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
