Purpose of Appeal:  We are selling the house and don't want to pay the fee.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nazira Isoeva to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 754 VAN BUREN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days until October 20, 2021; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
