Authorizing the City to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of West St. Paul for the reconstruction of Annapolis Street from Smith Avenue to Kansas Avenue.

WHEREAS, the City of West St. Paul and the City of Saint Paul are planning to reconstruct Annapolis Street between Smith Avenue and Kansas Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Cities have agreed to participate in the cost of this project as outlined in the agreement; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into this Joint Powers Agreement with the City of West St. Paul, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
