Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Bill has been paid.

Staff Comments: Hauler records show that there were no payments made during Quarter 1 2021. However, they did inform staff that the mailing address was incorrectly set for the previous property owner during Quarter 1 2021 & Quarter 2 2021.  Therefore staff recommends reducing the assessment from $218.13 to $189.69 to remove the total late fees of $28.44. Staff will also reduce the Quarter 2 2021 assessment to $189.69.
