Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that they paid the city for this assessment on April 1 by check to the Office of Financial Services. The check was cashed on 04/16/2021.

Staff Comments: City records show that there was a payment made to the office of financial services on 4/14/2021 for $220.82. However this was applied to the Quarter 4 2020 Delinquent Garbage assessment. Therefore staff recommends approving the assessment.
