Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner passed in March 2019. Daughter stated that initially they did not stop garbage services due to the fact that they were cleaning out the property. Staff Comments: Hauler records show that there has been no contact with the property owner since the beginning of the coordinated collection program. As a courtesy, staff recommends removal of the Quarter 1 2021 assessment. Staff will also remove the pending Quarter 2 2021 assessment.
