WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Christina Harding, Green Jacket LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1233 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and is released from the Vacant Building Program and grant an extension to September 17, 2021 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
