Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department, Tort Liability Fund, 1-23031303-74205-3123090000-74205 to Travelers Home & Marine Insurance Company as subrogee to Lauren Hopps the amount of thirteen thousand three hundred forty dollars and forty cents ($13,340.40) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 1st day of December, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN.
