Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department, Tort Liability Fund 1-23031303-74205-3123090000-74205 to Lindsey Smaka the amount of ten thousand seven hundred eighty-five dollars and no cents ($10,785.00) in full and final settlement of their property damage claim on or about the 8th day of September, 2020, in Saint Paul, MN.
