WHEREAS, Gazta & Enhancements LLC d/b/a O’Cheeze (License ID #20210001008) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale - Sunday License for the premises located at 928 7th Street West Unit 106 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee requested a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period for approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from West 7th/Ford Road Federation on May 26, 2021 in support of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale - Sunday License; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale - Sunday License; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement is granted and the Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less and Liquor On Sale - Sunday License are hereby approved and issued to Gazta & Enhancements LLC d/b/a O’Cheeze (License ID #20210001008) for the premises located at 928 7th Street West Unit 106 in Saint Paul.
