WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Eveland, on behalf of Charles Bastel, to two Summary Abatement Orders at 1372 VICTORIA STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 1, 2021 for orders related to tree removal and fence removal/repair; grant to August 6, 2021 for orders related to raccoon infestation and roof/soffit/eave repair; and grant to September 1, 2021 for garage nuisance repair or removal under permit; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
