Approving a Gambling Location license with conditions to be added to existing licenses for Scanlon’s Pub Inc. d/b/a Dubliner Pub (License ID #0015999) at 2162 University Avenue West.
Body
WHEREAS, Scanlon’s Pub Inc. d/b/a Dubliner Pub (License ID #0015999) applied for a Gambling Location License to be added to the licenses for the premises located at 2162 University Avenue West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Licensee currently holds a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday license, Liquor- Outdoor Service Area (Patio), and Entertainment (A).
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Gambling Location license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Gambling Location license is hereby approved for Scanlon’s Pub Inc. d/b/a Dubliner Pub (License ID #0015999) for the premises located at 2162 University Avenue in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. Signage will be posted by the doorway leading to the patio reminding customers to show respect and consideration for the neighbors.
2. No amplified music shall be broadcast on the patio after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights and after 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
