RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Hope Hoffman and her attorney, Leslie L. Lienemann, Culberth & Lienemann,LLP, the total sum of Seventy Six Thousand Dollars and no cents ($76,000.00) in full and final settlement in the unfiled Ramsey County District Court case of Hope Hoffman v. City of St. Paul, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from employment-related claims.
